What Liberals Fear.

by
Dean Gotcher

Liberals fear having a guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning.

Kurt Lewin wrote (regarding how the guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning is formed and how to negate it): "The negative valence of a forbidden object which in itself attracts the child thus usually derives from an induced field of force of an adult." "If this field of force loses its psychological existence for the child (e.g., if the adult goes away or loses his authority) the negative valence also disappears." (Kurt Lewin, A Dynamic Theory of Personality: Selected Papers) In other words: the guilty conscience, which inhibits or blocks a person from (gets in the way of a person) actualizing his "self interest" is 'created' by the father's/Father's authority, i.e., the child submitting his "self" to the father/Father. The idea being therefore, if the father's/Father's authority is negated in the classroom (or any setting), i.e., if punishment (judgment or condemnation) for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning is negated, the guilty conscience goes away, i.e., the child can be his "self" again, as he was before the father's/Father's first command, rule, fact, or truth came into his life, i.e., carnal, i.e., "of and for his self" and the world only.

Discussion, which focuses upon commands, rules, facts, and truth, supporting the father's/Father's authority system (which engenders a guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning in the process), is negated in dialoguewhich adheres to a persons "self interest" ("feelings" or desires) of the 'moment.' By 'shifting' communication from discussion (doing right and not wrong according to established commands, rules, facts, and truth) to dialogue (to one's "self interest," i.e., "feelings" or desires of the 'moment') the father's/Father's authority is automatically negated, negating the person having a guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning in the process. This is why education (for all ages and in all vocations) has 'shifted' from discussion to dialogue (through the use of the "group grade," "safe zone/space/place," "be positive, not negative," i.e., dialoguing opinions to a consensus, "building relationships on self interest," soviet style, brainwashing classroom) in order to "solve" problems—the major "problem" being the father's/Father's authority being used to set policy and solve problems (according to established commands, rules, facts, and truth of the "past") instead of the children doing so according to their "feelings," i.e., carnal desires, i.e., "self interests" of the 'moment (making them subject to the seduction, deception, and manipulation of "group psychotherapists," facilitators of 'change,' Transformational Marxists,—negating their having guilty conscience in making decisions or setting policy, using those under their influence as "human resource" for their own carnal pleasure and gain, of course doing so in the name of "the children" or "the people").

The liberal's agenda is to 'create' a "new" world order where they can do wrong, disobey, sin without having a guilty conscience, i.e., where they can do wrong, disobey, sin with impunity. It appears to be working. The only thing they fear are facts and truth exposing them for their deceitful and wicked ways, creating in the people (if not in themselves) a guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning. This is why they must convert, silence, or remove any who come into the room adhering to the father's/Father's authority.

First you have to identify what it is you have to negate. "Authoritarian submission [nationalism, tantamount to Fascism in the mind of 'liberal's'] was conceived of as a very general attitude that would be evoked in relation to a variety of authority figures—parents, older people, leaders, supernatural power, and so forth." "God is conceived more directly after a parental image and thus as a source of support and as a guiding and sometimes punishing authority." (Theodor Adorno, The Authoritarian Personality)

While dad and mom are not perfect—they may be, or may have been, down right tyrants, ruling the home as "selfish children"—their office of authority is perfect—having been given to them by God in which to serve Him, training up their children in the admonition of the Lord. The 'liberal,' in order to negate the guilty conscience must therefore generalize, i.e., label all patriarchal authority as being Fascist (or potentially Fascist) in nature. "Submission to authority, desire for a strong leader, subservience of the individual to the state [parental authority, local control, Nationalism, under God], and so forth, have so frequently and, as it seems to us, correctly, been set forth as important aspects of the Nazi creed that a search for correlates of prejudice had naturally to take these attitudes into account." "The power-relationship between the parents, the domination of the subject's family by the father or by the mother, and their relative dominance in specific areas of life also seemed of importance for our problem." (Theodor Adorno, The Authoritarian Personality)

The 'liberal' must establish, in the mind of all participates, where the "problem" originates, and how to respond to it. "[We] must develop persons [students] who see non-influencability of private convictions [those student's holding on to their parent's, i.e., the father's/Father's authority, having a guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning] in joint deliberations [in the facilitated, consensus, "group grade" "relationship building" classroom] as a vice rather than a virtue [as being "negative," i.e., "the problem" instead of "positive," i.e., contributing to the solution]." (Kenneth D. Benne, Human Relations in Curriculum Change)

This attitude, i.e., hatred toward the father's/Father's authority (and the guilty conscience which it engenders) is being carried out today in the contemporary classroom—toward traditional (patriarchal) minded students. "I have found whenever I ran across authoritarian students that the best thing for me to do was to break their backs immediately." "The correct thing to do with authoritarians is to take them realistically for the bastards they are and then behave toward them as if they were bastards." (Abraham Maslow, The Journals of Abraham Maslow)

Welcome to your child's "group grade" classroom. Prepare yourself for your child's 'liberal' attitude (hatred toward your authority) when he or she gets home from school, questioning, challenging, defying, disregarding, attacking your authority when it gets in the way—without having a guilty conscience. "There are many stories of the conflict and tension that these new practices are producing between parents and children." (David Krathwohl, Benjamin S. Bloom, Taxonomy of Educational Objectives Book 2: Affective Domain)

Fearing the guilty conscience, the 'liberal' must use the praxis of Genesis 3:1-6, i.e., "self" 'justification,' i.e., dialogue in order to negate Hebrews 12:5-11, i.e., the father's/Father's authority, in order to negate Romans 7:14-25, i.e., the guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning. Or else they will have to humble, deny, die to their "self," repent, ask for forgiveness, and turning from their wicked ways put their faith in and obey the Father, and His Son Jesus Christ. "If the 'restoring of life' of the world is to be conceived in terms of the Christian revelation [the Father's authority], then Marx must collapse into a bottomless abyss." (Jürgen Habermas, Theory and Practice)
